Boil 1 litre milk.

Add lemon juice.

Cook till milk become watery.

Drain whey water and wash chena.

Now bind it for 1/2 hour in cotton cloth.

Now heat 4 cup water with 1/2 cup sugar.

Now mash chena and make balls

Now cook it covered for 20 minutes in prepared sugar syrup.

Now let it cool.

Now boil milk with sugar.

Now add saffron threads, pistachio nut powder and Cardamom powder.

Now add condensed milk.

Now add squeezed balls in it and garnish it with pistachio nut chips.

Let it cool and serve chilled.
