2 tinflour
1/2 tinsugar
1/2 tinbutter
1egg
1 teaspoonbaking powder
1 teaspoonvanilla essence
Pinchsalt
1 tablespoonginger powder

Steps

Sift flour, baking powder and ginger powder.

Mix butter and sugar. Add egg and mix. Add vanilla essence.

Add the sifted flour and make a dough. Rub oil on your palm and be taking a pinch and mould into balls

Make a flat shape.

Using a fork. Make different shapes you want.

Bake for 20-30 minutes. Allow to cool. Serve. Homemade is the best 💞
