Heat oil in cooker add Heeng, Jeera, methi Dana, then add green chilli, ginger, curry leaves..

Now take half quantity of besan and roast it in the cooker with spices

Mix rest half of besan with water.

When besan in cooker is roasted well giving good aroma... Add water with besan mixture, if required you can add more water to adjust consistency.... Then add salt, red chill powder, turmeric powder,sugar, tamarind paste, kukam flowers, all vegetables and let it boil well

As it boils well cover the cooker with lid, let it give one whistle. Put the gas off then..

As the cooker releases pressure your sindhi kadhi is ready to serve
