Soak your rice for about 2hrs, blend it till you have a soft paste not too thick

Pour onto a bowl, add sugar and baking powder mix to incorporate

Stir your yeast in warm water, add it to your rice paste

Mix it well and close with air tight lid, place in a warm place, I used to place mine inside the oven for it to rise well

After that leave it for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, when it rise, heat your tanda on medium flame and start frying wit little drop of oil, when the top is almost done you will realize that the down part has started giving a colour like mine then you turn it to the other side when it done you kwashe it in a flask to keep it warm, serve with a stew of your choice or sugar or either honey 😋😋
