Wash and soak rice for half an hour

Now wash and clean intestine.

Now mix egg white and salt.

Now boil 2 cup water.

Now fill egg white in intestine with help of funnel.

Now tie knots in between with help of thread in each one finger tip gap.

Now cook it in boiling water for ten minutes.

Now Remove it from water and keep it aside.

Now heat a pan and add clarified butter.

Now add all dry khada masala in it.like shahi jeera Cardamom, cloves etc.

Now add half of fried onion,green chillies and ginger- garlic paste in it.

Now add curd mutton stock,salt and rice in it.

Now mix saffron threads in 1/4 cup hot milk.

Now let the rice get 80 percent cooked.

Now remove intestine from egg.

Now add green peas,Moti,fried cashew and garam masala in it.

Let it get cooked covered for 10 minutes.

Now add fried onion,kewra essence, saffron milk and coriander leaves in it.

Now garnish it with silver work paper.

Serve hot with RAITA and salad.
