Add oil and ghee in a pan

Add cumin seeds,red chilli and bay leaves

Add whole garam masalas. Then add cashew and raisins and saltwashed rice. Add sugar and salt. Dilute colour with1 tsp water and add to rice. Fry until dry.It will take 10 to 15 minutes.

Add peas and water. When water will evaporate put off the flame.

Use lid for15 minutes. Then keep in a plate for atleast10 minutes. Then serve.
