Firstly in a mixer grinder add all ingredients listed below paste add litter water and make smooth paste,keep aside

Heat oil in a pan and add zeera once it splutters add whole garam masala followed by chopped onions, once onions are translucent add Capiscum and tomatoes and fry them for 2mins

Next add grinded masala paste and fry for 5mins or till raw smell disappears

Now add veggies,salt pulav masala and little water cover and cook till veggies are completely cooked

Once veggies are cooked add cooked rice and mix everything well cover and cook on medium heat for 7-8mins

Once done switch off the flame and garnish with some coriander leaves and cashewnuts

Adjust spice according to ur taste
