Steps

Heat a tawa, heat sufficient oil in deep fry all vegetables and sprinkle chat masala and red chili powder

Add two TBS of oil. Let the oil heated for half min. Add Ginger- chilli and chopped tomatoes. Cook till the paste is golden brown.

Add all spices and Cook till the liquid evaporates and mixture start separating oil. Add 3 TBS of curd to it.

Cook for 2-3 min. Check the consistency of mixture. If it's too dry then add 2-3 🥄 of water to it.

Dived the grave in two parts. One part taken out in a bowl and in another part add fried veg. And mix in gravy.

Now for the arrangement, place the tawa on low flame. Arrange veggies on the other circle and in centre place the gravy which we taken out in step.

Let the veggies be heated on low flame mix veggies with extra masala in centre and serve hot.
