Steps
- 1
Peel off your sweet potatoes and cut into cubes and pour into a clean bowl.
- 2
Wash thoroughly and apply a pinch of salt to it (in such a way that your spiced sauce won’t affect the taste) and fry.
- 3
If you haven’t cut your vegetables, you can use the frying time to do that.
- 4
After getting your vegetables ready, In a sauce pan put few drops of oil or you can make it more if you’d want it kinda oily and bring to the pan your vegetables. Place the sauce pan on a cooker or stove.
- 5
Spice the sauce to your own taste while it starts to shimmer.
- 6
Reduce the heat while the sauce is almost done but don’t take off
- 7
Check the sweet potatoes if completely done pour into a colander and off the heat.
- 8
Transfer the fried sweet potatoes into the sauce pan and taste the sauce (add more spices if need be). Increase the heat a little.
- 9
Keep stirring the mixture placed on the heat as much as you want but don’t let it get burnt. Enjoy.
