Cabbage pulao curry :-
Steps

Boil cabbage for 5 minutes.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan.

Fry rice for 1 minute.

Heat oil in an another pan and fry potatoes.
Keep aside. - 5
Add cumin seeds and bay leaf for seasoning.

Now add chopped ginger, garam masala paste, asafoetida powder and stir for sometime.

Then add turmeric powder, ginger paste, cumin paste, green chilli paste, chopped tomatoes and saute for 1 minute on a medium flame.

Add boiled cabbage, fried potatoes, fried rice, sugar, salt, slit chillies, stir carefully.

Cover with the lid and let it cook for half an hour on a low flame.

Sprinkle ghee and garam masala paste on it.

Serve it with plain rice, rotis etc.
