Steps

Wash the rice and dal together.Keep aside

Grind to paste all ingredeints mentioned under grind to paste and the whole spices too.

Take a pressure pan.add oil and ghee.Heat.Add the sliced onion and saute till transparent

Add the ground masala paste and saute for few minutes.

Now add the chopped tomatoes and the dry powders.

Add the vegetables and give a nice stir.

Add the rice, dal mixture,salt and required amount of water.

Pressure cook for 3 whistles and switch off the flame.

Let the pressure cool,serve hot.
