Soak rice and biridal for 4 to 5 hrs than make a fine paste.. If u want to make idli in morning than u should vsoak the rice and Dal in afternoon.. And make paste in night

Than in night add baking soda salt and mix well till it became floppy... (In summer season avoid adding salt... In night... Otherwise the bater became saur...)

Than in morning u will see a superb floppy.. Bater well rise...

Than add baking powder... And again mix well... Make sure that the bater is not so thick... Nor thin... Like dosa bater... It must be little thicker than dosa bater

Grease the idli cooker... And make idli out of the bater
- 6
Enjoy the hot... Idli with coconut peanut chutney and sambar
