Steps

Cut potato into wedges..then boil into water for 2 min.

Then take out from water and wait until compltely dry.. Then after whn it is dry mix corn flour and pepper.

Mix it well..and dip fry into oil. Deep fry and take it out.

Then take another pan.. Add oil, ginger, garlic and green chilli mix it well.

Then add capsicum and onion mix it well, until they compltely mix it.

Then add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce, and vinegar and mix it well.. Then add fry potato in it...

And sprinkle some green onion.. And it's ready to eat...😍
