Wash and soak rice for 1 hour. Drain water and keep aside.

Heat the cooker and put desi ghee into it. When hot enough add cumin seed, bay leaf and cloves and stirr.then add chilli and ginger saute it.

Then add vegetables into it. You can add more veggies of ur choice. Then add rice and mix it well.

Saute for a minute.

Then mix salt and garam masala. And water into it.

Close the lid. Switch off the gas after 1 whistle.

Let the whistle come out itself. Then mix again and garnish with green coriander and serve hot.
