Steps
- 1
Take a heavy bottom pot and add 1 litre Full Cream Milk and boil it on a fast flame.
- 2
Once it begins to boil add 1 Cup of cooked rice and also add 1/4 tin of Condensed Milk if available or sugar as per taste.
- 3
I used condensed milk.Add a few strands of Saffron and Stir it time to time to avoid it from sticking to the pan.
- 4
Once there is a kheer consistency add 2 pinches of Elaichi Powder and some chopped Almonds and Pista.
- 5
Mix it well and for a nice and Tasty kheer there should be a good amount of milk in it.
- 6
Now your yummy and delicious Kheer is ready serve alongside Puri or let it chill in the fridge and have it for dessert.
