3 Cupswater
to tasteSalt
1 tspMustard seeds
1 tspCumin seeds ( optional
Vegetable oil for frying

Boil some rice.

Right before serving, heat up oil in a sufuria/pan or temper a little butter/ghee and add your mustard seeds.

Add cumin seeds.

Once they start to splutter, add rice and serve immediately.

Serve hot with other vegetable or curry.
