Peel 2 onion and slice it.

Take sliced onion, 2 cup gram flour, half spoon red chilli powder, and salt as taste in a mixing bowl and mix everything very well.

Now add water little by little to form a thick batter.

Heat 1 cup oil in a pan.

Drop a tablespoon each of the batter to form pakoda.

Fry on medium flame till the pakoda turns crispy and golden brown.

Drain over the kitchen paper.

Add 1/4 spoon cumin seeds on same oil.

Then add 1 chopped onion and fry them.

Now add 2 spoon tomato paste, 1 spoon onion paste, half spoon ginger paste and saute for 2 minutes.

Then add half spoon turmeric powder, 1 spoon cumin powder, half spoon red chilli powder and saute for 1 minute.

When oil starts to separate then add salt to taste and water.

When curry starts to boil then add fried onion pakodas.

Cover with lid and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve immediately.
