Ingredients

  • 4boiled eggs
  • 1 cupcubed onion and capsicum
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and fry the eggs and keep aside

  2. 2

    Now heat oil and fry onion and capsicum

  3. 3

    Add tomato and garlic saute well adding salt, turmeric powder and red chilli Powder

  4. 4

    Add water and simmer adding the eggs

  5. 5

    Serve it with rice
