Rajasthani Besan gatte curry

Take a bowl add gram flour, 1/4 turmeric powder, salt, 1/4 red Chilli powder, 1/4 cumin seeds, 1/4 garam masala powder, 1/4 tsp oil add water and Knead smooth dough.

Grease your palm with oil. Divide this dough into 7 to 8 equal portion and roll each portion into long cylindrical shape.

Boil 3 cup water in a pan.When it comes to boil add cylinderical roll In it. Cook until they start float on the surface of water.

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry gatte for 2 mins. And transfer into a plate.

Now heat oil In a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds when they start crackle add asafoetida ginger and green chilli and saute it. Now add chopped onion and saute until it turns translucent.

Now add tomato paste mix well. Now add all dry masala and cook for a min.now add beaten curd cook until oil separates.

Add gatte in curry and cook for 2 mins on low flame. Now add 1/2 cup water and cook until gravy become medium thick.

Besan gatte curry is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves.
