Ingredients

  1. 1 cupspinach pureed
  2. 1 cupcubed paneer
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 1 tspginger paste
  5. 1 tspgarlic paste
  6. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  7. 1 tspcumin seed
  8. 1bay leaf
  9. To tastesalt and sugar
  10. As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed and bay leaf,fry onion chopped

  2. 2

    Add ginger and garlic saute well

  3. 3

    Add salt and green chilli paste saute well

  4. 4

    Add the puree and saute till it is thick

  5. 5

    Add paneer and sugar mix well.Serve with naan.
