Wash all the vegetables nicely now dice all vegetables and spread it under the sun Allow it to dry completely.Now heat mustard oil and allow it to cool a little.Now add all the masalas,hing and oil.Now add 2 tsp white vinegar and mix it nicely.Now add the mixture in a glass jar and keep under the sun.This aachar remains fresh for 1-2 months
