Ingredients

  1. 50 gmmoong
  2. 50 gmchana
  3. 50 gmkidney beans
  4. 50 gmmooth
  5. 5-10Mint leavea
  6. As neededGreen coriander
  7. As neededSpring onion
  8. 2 teaspoonamchur powder
  9. 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  10. To tasteSalt
  11. 1 cup Vegetables (onion, tomato, small capsicum)

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak all pulses 8-10 hours.

  2. 2

    Add salt & boil it.

  3. 3

    Cut all onion, tomato & capcicum.

  4. 4

    Take a big bowl put all pulses in it.

  5. 5

    Add onion, tomato, capsicum & lemon juice and mix it well.

  6. 6

    It decorate with pudina patta, hara dhaniya & spring onion.

  7. 7

    Serve it.

  8. 8
