Add curd in semolina and make a thick paste

And let it rest for 20minutes

After rest now divide it in two bowls separately

Then make boiled spinach and boiled beetroot paste separately

Add this separate vegetables paste in separate bowls like one bowl having only beetroot paste and other bowl having only spinach paste

Mix the paste in semolina paste separately.

Add eno and salt in two bowls separately

Put the batter in the idli moulds and steam it for 10-12 minutes

Mind it one idli mould should have only one colour

Red green healthy idlis are ready, serve it with green pudina chutney and tomato sauce

Healthy because it has semolina, beetroot, spinach which is good for our health they have lots of fiber and help us stay healthy and fit.
