Steps

Take maida, salt, oil mix it well & make a tight dough and keep aside.

Boil mutter and potato and smash it well.

Add salt, ginger and chilli paste green coriander, Garam masala and mix it well.

Make a small roti.

Fill masala in middle seal the edges and roll like chapaties.

Take a tava fry it with butter.

Serve it with curd.
