Chop your potatoes, slice and season them with paprika and turmeric to give them a bright color for 15-20 minutes

Deep fry them then set aside

Fry your onions, garlic to golden brown, add paprika, turmeric and garam masala

Add chopped capsicum, coriander and tomato paste heat for a few minutes

To the pan add the previously deep fried chips

For the beef, boil with salt, turmeric and paprika till its tender, fry it to golden brown with onions added to it

Add tomatoes, capsicum, garam masala, vinegar, coriander and finally soy sauce

Serve hot with a chilled drink for the festive season
