Firstly peel the carrot and grate it.

In a pan heat the ghee.add grated carrot and cook it for 20 minutes at medium flame.

Now add sugar and cook it for 5 minutes.

Now add khoya and elaichi powder cook it for 7-8 minutes.Add vanilla essence and mix it.add some dry fruits.and keep aside for cooling.

Take some gulab jamun.I made sweet potato gulabjamun at home.you can take readymade.

Take a square or round shape small container.firstly sprinkle some dry fruits.pour some halwa and flat it.then keep some gulab jamun on it.and pour leftover halwa on these gulabjamuns.and fridge it for 3-4 hours.

Now loose the edges and transfer it in a plate.and cut it in bricks or your favourite shape.
