Ingredients

  • 300 gmPotatoes
  • 20 gmSemolina
  • 1/2 tspnRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspnSalt
  • 1/2 tspnDry mango powder
  • 100 mlOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes. Cook only 1/3.

  2. 2

    Peel potatoes and cut into sliced

  3. 3

    In a plate mix semolina,chilli powder,salt,dry mango powder. Coat potato slices in this mixture.

    Shallow fry from both sides.
