In a bowl first mix well all ingredients from mashed boiled potatoes till salt and make a dough

Then on a counter top dust the maida with dough and roll it and then take two round one big size and the other to make small inner round

And make the cut out shapes of doughnut using the round shapes

Break out the egg in a bowl, And then take the each doughnut and dip in the egg mixture and then immediately into the bread crumbs for the firm coating

Do the same wise for the remaining doughnuts

Heat oil in a kadai in a medium heat and then drop one by one doughnut into the oil

After the doughnuts turn crispy golden brown on both sides drain it from the oil
- 8
Serve and enjoy the spicy potato chicken doughnuts
