Potato masala paratha

Knead a soft dough by combining wheat flour, 1/4 tsp salt and water. Keep aside for 15 minute.

In a mixing bowl, mash boil and peel potato. Then add tomato, crumbled paneer, green coriander, salt, red chilli powder, dry mango powder. Mix well

Add garam masala powder again give it a quick mix.

Now take a ball out of the dough and roll it into a disc and fill the stuffing in between and close all sides to secure the stuffing.

Now dust the platform with flour. And roll it again into a slightly thick than normal paratha.

Put it on hot tawa and grease it with desi ghee and cook golden from both side.
