4 to 5 servings
  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1 cuproasted chana
  • 1 cupmoong daal paste
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspgreen chilli chopped
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1 tsphaldi/turmeric powder
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • 2 tspoil
  • For fryingOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients nicey till it gets fluffy,heat the oil and fry Small balls until it turns golden brown.

    Serve hot kurkure bade with green chutney
