INDORI PATTIES..a very delicious and most popular street food of sarafa bazar at Indore. These yummy, very less spiced potato balls are stuffed with coconut and dry fruits filling, fried right in front of customers served with green chutney, tamarind chutney and sev. Try this crispy delicious Indori Patties recipe.
Cooking Instructions

Take mashed potatoes, cornflour, bread crumbs, black pepper powder and salt in a big mixing bowl. Mix it well.
Make a soft and smooth dough. Keep aside. - 2
For stuffing- take dessicated coconut in a mixing bowl.
Add green chilli and ginger paste, chopped cashews, raisins, chopped coriander, lemon juice and salt. Mix well and keep aside. - 3
Now divide the dough into eight equal portions. Take a portion and flatten it on palm. Now put 1tsp stuffing on center of the flatten dough. Close from all the sides and make a ball.

Repeat the same process with the remaining dough portions and stuffing. Keep aside.

Heat oil in a wok on low medium heat.

Fry all the patties in the hot oil on medium flame till they becomes golden brown.

Drain out in a plate. Assemble in a serving plate.

Garnish with tangy tamarind chutney, green chutney, pomegranate and sev.
Serve hot.
