In a large bowl, combine the minced meat, breadcrumbs, flour, grated onion and garlic, ginger, curry, thyme and 5 cubes of miggie.

Use your hands to thoroughly mix the meat mixture.

Whisk the 2 eggs and the remaining 1 cube of maggie in a small bowl untill the egg is broken up, set aside while preparing the rest of the meat mixture.

Have another clean bowl. Pinch off a piece of the meat mixture and gently roll between your hands to form 1 1/2-inch meatballs (about 2 tablespoons each).

Continue shaping until all the meat is used, placing the meatballs on the clean bowl.

Fry the rolled pieces in a frying pan (deep frying) with medium heat, make sure you dip each piece into the eggs mixture before frying.
