Peel nd wash water yam,using a grater the smaller side grate the yam till completely done,add seasonings,onion,scotch bonnet,nd mix by beating it against the bowl,add oil to a pan and turn on heat,using a spoon or ur hands,scoop little amount in the hot oil deep fry nd serve hot.
