Ingredients

  • 3 cupsflour
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/4 cupbutter
  • 1/2 tspflavour
  • 1egg
  • 2 tspactive yeast
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • Veg.oil for frying
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk yeast,water and sugar together

  2. 2

    Add egg,milk,salt,flavour nd butter and mix well

  3. 3

    Fold in ur flour,mix till form a dough

  4. 4

    Cover it till rise

  5. 5

    Punch the dough down,cover it again till rise

  6. 6

    Roll a flat dough,

  7. 7

    Cut it in the size of your choice

  8. 8

    Fry till golden brown

  9. 9

    Your beigniets is ready
