Daal Pakoda Gujhiya

Soak the Chana daal for 2 hours

Strain out the daal from water.

Grind the daal in the mixer Make fine paste.Do not add water.

Now,make the pakodas of grinded mixture.Do not add anything now.

Now heat the oil in kadahi and fry all the pakodas till it becomes golden brown.

Fry both of the sides.

Take it out from the kadahi.

Now,break all the pakodas in plate.

Let it be cool. And grind it in the mixer with sugar and green cardomoms.you can add more sugar as per taste of your own sweetness.

Make fine paste.

Add all dry fruits in the stuffing.It's ready.

Now,make the dough of maida,oil and water as usually we make the gujhiya dough.

Roll the dough and cut in round shape with the help of glass.

Stuff it with daal mixture.

As shown in picture make gujhiya.You can give it any shape.

Now heat the oil in the heavy bottom kadahi.

Fry all the gujhiya till it turns golden brown colour.

It's ready to serve.

If the stuffing left you can use it next time.You can keep this stuffing in freeze for a week.
