Steps

Peel and clean the potatoes. Leave them whole (do not cut)

In a sufuria, boil the potatoes until almost done. Add in the githeri and let them continue to boil until the potatoes are well done.

Drain any excess water an mash them together. Salt to taste.

Serve with stew and/or vegetables.
