  • 1potato (chopped)
  • 1/2onion
  • 3-4garlics
  • 20 mlmilk
  • mozzarella Cheese (shredded)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boiled the potato with chicken soup. Drain after it becomes fully cooked.

    Fried the garlics and onion, until it turns brown in color

    Put the potato, fried onion, with milk, butter, salt and black pepper into a blender. Blend it until it become smooth.
