Steps

  1. 1

    In a pressure cooker put the tuvar dal and mogar dal wash the dal cleanly and put in turmeric and 2 cups water and close the pressure cooker wait for 3 whistles dal is ready

  2. 2

    In a pan take ghee and put jeera hing green chilli kada masalas and fry for 2 min then add onion and garlic ginger paste and put all the dry masala and tomato fry for 2 min

    For tadak take ghee and put jeera,hing, lal mirch and add in the dal

    Then add in the dal and boiled will be come in dal and Granish with carionder leaves

  5. 5

    Tadka dal fry is ready serve with naan delicious tadka dal fry is ready

  6. 6

    In a pan take ghee and put jeera hing green chilli kada masalas and fry for 2 min then add onion and garlic ginger paste and put all the dry masala and tomato fry for 2 min
