500 gmcarrot
1 tspmustard seeds
to tastesalt
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspred chilli powder
water as required

Take a jar add all ingredients and stir well.

Add required water into it.

Close lid of jar and leave this pickle for 2 days in sunlight.
