Ingredients

  • 200 gmwhite chole
  • 1 cuponion paste
  • 1 cuptomato paste
  • 1 tspgarlic ginger paste
  • 1 tspchana masala
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • to tastesalt
  • oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak chole overnight and then boil it.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and crackle it.

  3. 3

    Add garlic,ginger,onion & tomato paste and saute it for 4 min.

  4. 4

    Add all spices and mix well.

  5. 5

    Add boiled chole and cook for 3 min.

  6. 6

    Add water into it.

  7. 7

    Now cook it for 15 min.
