Ingredients

  1. 200 gmpaneer
  2. 1/2 cupboiled peas
  3. 1 tspginger paste
  4. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  5. 1 tspturmeric powder
  6. 2 tbspcashew-raisins paste
  7. 1 tspshahi garam masala
  8. 1bay leaf
  9. To tastesalt and sugar
  10. As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the paneer into cubes

  2. 2

    Heat oil and temper shahi jeera and bay leaf

  3. 3

    Add ginger and chilli paste

  4. 4

    Add tomato and saute well till oil separates

  5. 5

    Add cashew-raisins raisins paste and saute

  6. 6

    Now mix the peas and paneer

  7. 7

    Serve as a side dish
