Ingredients

  1. 200 gmpaneer
  2. 1 cupfried onion ginger garlic paste
  3. 1boiled tomato puree
  4. 1 tbspcashew-raisins paste
  5. 1 tspred chilli Powder
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  8. 1 tspcumin seed
  9. 1bay leaf
  10. To tastesalt and sugar
  11. As neededoil and milk

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed and bay leaf

  2. 2

    Add masala paste and tomato puree,saute well

  3. 3

    Add red chilli Powder and mix well

  4. 4

    Add cashew-raisins paste and paneer

  5. 5

    Mix well adding milk and sugar, serve hot.
