Ingredients

  1. 1.Carrots. 2. Cabbage. 3. Cucumber. 4. Sweet corn
  2. 5. Egg. 6. Vinegar. 7. Mayonnaise. 8. Beans
  3. 9. Onions. 10. Tatachi. 11. Fresh pepper. 12. Salt
  4. 13. Groundnut oil. 14. Cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the beans, wash to peel off the skin, add onions, fresh pepper and Tatachi, blend.

  2. 2

    Pour in a bowl, add groundnut oil, salt, cubes and stir.

  3. 3

    Scoop into little nylon bags and cook.

  4. 4

    Wash and clean the vegetables (carrots, cabbage, cucumber). Slice them as desired. Boil egg, slice and add. Add sweet corn, mayonnaise and a little vinegar. Mix together and serve with the Moi-Moi
