  1. Mini cabbage
  2. 2large carrots
  3. 1capsicum
  4. 1 tbspsugar
  5. 1 tbspvinegar
  6. 3 tbspmayonnaise
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. Dashblack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut cabbage as desired, grate carrots

    A picture of step 1 of Coleslaw.

    Cut capsicum and mix in a bowl

  3. 3

    Add vinegar to mayonnaise, salt, sugar and pepper, whisk

  4. 4

    And add to the veggies

  5. 5

    Mix everything together and serve.
