Parboil the rice,boil the fish for 5minutes season it with thyme,curry,salt,onion and royco cubes.

Fry the tomato paste in cooking oil adding onion,thyme,curry and royco cubes.add water and fish stock when is boiling pour in the parboiled rice.boil adding salt
