Dry roast moong daal and soak for 1 hour after 1 hour take a pan add soaked moong daal milk and 1 cup water and boil it on low to medium flame.

When moong daal is cooked blend it or grind it. Now add rice flour and mix it and cover it for 2 mins.After that add ghee and mix it properly and check with your hand if not sticky that means mixture is ready.

Grease the hand and Knead the dough and make peda size and make the design with help of tooth pick.and fry the mithai on low flame.

For Sugar syrup:Take a pan add sugar and 2 cups water and boil it and make 1 string syrup and after that fry mithai soak the mithai in sugar syrup for atleast 1 hour and now your moong daal pitha ready.
