Steps

Preheat oven at 180°

Wash your gallon and boil it with salt bay leaves and thyme until slightly cooked.

Place it in an oven tray and pin in with gloves and put it in the oven for 45 minutes.

Start glazing gammon with jam generously. Once done put it back into the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove gloves ir serve with. Done.

Enjoy.
