Barboil the rice with curry for 20minutes,,sieve,wash and keep aside,dice ur vegs in cubes,,slice onions,and blend 2 Scotch bonnet,.put some oil in a pan,put the onion and the vegs,seasonings,, spices (i used mr chef ginger,garlic and onion mix)pinch of salt,scoth bonnet, stir fry and keep aside,,put some oil in a large pot (that wil contain the rice and the veggies,)put the rice and stir fry for 10_15 minutes,then pour your veggies and mix well with the rice,pour some water and lev for 5mnt.

Marinate the chicken with maggi,ma dish (chiken and curry mix)garlic and scoth bonnet,thyme,pinch of salt,and cook for 20mnts,,fry the chicken,,slice onion,stir fry in a pan,put the fried chicken,pour some of d stock chicken,,cover for 2minutes on low heat.slice some green pepper and spring onions and serve😋..
