In a bowl cream the butter and sugar together for 2-3 minutes or until light and fluffy.

Add milk, vanilla essence, pinch of salt into it and mix well.

In an another bowl take maida, baking powder, baking soda, half of the chocolate chips and mix them properly.

Add the maida mixture to the cream and mix it with cut and fold method for 2-3 minutes.

Grease the baking tray with butter/ oil and dust it with maida. Pour the cake mixture/batter into it. Now add few drops of blue food colour and design it according to your choice with the help of a tooth pick.

Preheat oven to 180 ° c. Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.

After cooling take it out from the tray and garnish with rest of the white chocolate chips. Ready is the Eggless Chocolate Chips Cake.
