Boil yam without salt.

When the yam is done, mash while is hot with butter, when the yam is
smooth add diced pepper, onion, egg, salt, maggi and mix together and set aside. - 3
Steam fish/meat with seasoning, Debone and cut into pieces, if meat is used minced the
meat or chop the meat finely - 4
Dice the carrot in small bit and add to the mixture. Mold the yam into balls

Add fish or meat to mashed content mold into small balls, whisk eggs, dip yam balls into egg and roll in breadcrumbs. If seasoned flour is used in place

Fry on low heat until desired browness appears.
